Henry graduated with First Class Honours in Osteopathy from London South Bank University. Throughout his clinical training, he developed extensive experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, treating patients of all ages and activity levels.
In addition to his osteopathy qualification, Henry holds a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, further enhancing his expertise in soft tissue assessment and treatment. He adopts an evidence-based, patient-centred approach, combining osteopathic joint mobilisation and manipulation, soft tissue techniques, exercise rehabilitation, and kinesiology taping to develop tailored treatment programmes that address both symptoms and the underlying cause of dysfunction.
Henry has a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention, and the long-term management of acute and persistent pain. He believes that successful treatment extends beyond pain relief, focusing on restoring movement, improving function, and equipping patients with the knowledge and strategies to maintain their recovery.
Committed to delivering high-quality, hands-on care, Henry takes the time to understand each patient's individual goals and works collaboratively to help them return to work, sport, and everyday activities with confidence.
